Customizing
This page will show you the options to customize JobNet Visual to your needs.
1. General Settings
In the general settings tab you can change the following standard properties of the visual:
- Title and subtitle
- Divider and spacing
- Background color
- Visual border and shadows
2. JobNet Visual Settings
Colors and Scale
In the General section you can change the background color of the chart as well as the font color of the header, timeline, lane labels and legend texts. Additionally, you can adjust the scale of the chart in predefined ranges:
- Horizontal scale: increase or decrease the horizontal dimension of the chart
- Vertical scale: increase or decrease the vertical dimension of the chart
- Font scale: enlarge or shrink the font size used in the chart
Click Reset to default to set the settings back to the default values
Status and Status Line
In the Status section you can specify if you want to display or hide jobs with a certain job status (Completed, Warning, Error). Simply adjust the sliders to hide or unhide the corresponding job status setting. Please note: if the Status field of the visual is not set, all jobs are considered as Completed. Thus, the sliders for Show Warnings or Show Errors will have no effect.
In the Status Line setting, you can set formatting options for the status line in the chart, i.e.
- Show: hides and unhides the status line
- Error Color: define the color of the status line in case of errors
- Warning Color: define the color of the status line in case of warnings
- Thickness: define the thickness of the status line
Click Reset to default to set the settings back to the default values
Critical Line and Legend
In the Critical Line section you can change formatting options for highlighting the critical path within the chart:
- Show: hide or unhide the critical line in the chart
- Color: define the color of the critical line
- Thickness: define the thickness of the critical line in the chart
- Show critical only: hide or unhide all non-critical jobs to show/hide the critical path only
In the Legend section, you can set a slider to hide or unhide the legend in the chart
Click Reset to default to set the settings back to the default values
